From last 3 -4 months I am facing rapid heartbeat suddenly occura. I am 27years old. From last 1year I am on BP medicine. And every time I am panic if any pain in my chest occurs. I thought heart attack. And then the situation got worse . From last 4days in night suddenly I woke up and feel rapid heart beat and I am frighten .. please help me what to do
