I have tiny pale pink bumps. I have 2 on each shoulder, 1 on my stomach, and 2 on my left arm. I also think I had one on my face, but it was larger, so it may have been unrelated. They do not itch, they are dry, and when they have tiny white dots on the little raised spots. If they are squeezed, they bleed from the white dots.
