Hello madam,
Your symptoms and age point towards Osgood schlatters disease, which is osteochondritis of tibial tuberosity which radiates and weakens the leg. There are many differential diagnoses and you definitely need further evaluation so please visit an orthopaedic surgeon. Visiting physiotherapist without consulting orthopaedic surgeon is of no use. Please follow the instructions. Thank you a all the best
