I have random muscle twitching all over the body when sit or stand in stable position or sometines shooting pain in my body 🤦 and sometimes in my hand and i have done emg and ncv and all are normal my vitamin d was 20ng i take d for 3month but not see qny changes 🤦 my neurologist say its nothing just anxiety and sometimes i also feel cold type sensation
