Get full LFT done. HBSAG and anti-HCV antibody testing. If you are an alcoholic stop the same. If you are diabetic, control it better. Target HBA1C is 6.5 for your age. Get a Fibroscan done for any evidence of liver cirrhosis which is available with very few centres. You could be suffering liver cirrhosis and reaching the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis is at times tricky.
