I am having multiple raised red drops with white dot in the middle. It's present all over my back n neck area.  Tonight I have taken bath wid dettol soap and I used my hands for bathing. I'm worried abt this as it's pricking my back n neck. My controlling powers have increased n I'm not touching them at all. #Summer heat #worried #pox? #notsure #helpme #doc
