Doctor actually I got hurt on my nose and due to which that part on my nose is raised up I mean bone of that part on nose it Happened about 4-5 years back at that time I was not worrying about my looks but nowadays I m very cautious about my looks and this looks really bad

You seem to be having bony hump on your nose. You need to undergo cosmetic surgery of nose which is known as rhinoplasty. There is no other way of managing this condition. So you should consult nearby rhinoplasty surgeon
