There is a black coloured raised bump in my thigh since childhood .in recent days it stains my pant when my thigh is wet and it comes off when I rub it . The white region in pic is where I rubbed it off. I also think it somewhat grown ( little) in past 4-5 years.what is this thing? Should I worry about this?
