My mother is getting IGRT treatment for metastatic breast cancer now for 15 cycles along with chemo therapy.Some one is saying that patients who are taking radiation therapy are causes problems to children'health.so we should keep children to keep distance from the patient.Is this correct?

IGRT is radiation treatment not requiring isolation. there r some other forms most commonly Radio iodine ablation which will need isolation. IGRT receiving person is not a risk to people around them
