I have nasal polyps since 2011 , right side. It's recurring inverted papilloma. Several times surgery done. In 2021 medial maxillectomy, in 2023 partial maxillectomy done in Paras . Recurred again. Consulted ENT , advised to consult Onco surgeon. Onco surgeon advised to go for extensive surgery and Radiation therapy post operative. Consulted Radiation oncologist Medanta , he also advised to go for Radiation therapy. I don't know should I go for Radiation or not . No idea about recurrence after radiation. Kindly suggest and help 🙏🙏.

Hello. Inverted papillomas have high chances of recurrence. Also 5 to 15 % can be cancerous. We need to see previous reports and  present scan to advice. Radiation is given for cancerous papilloma ,also in advanced recurrent papillomas. Consult a good ENT surgeon Take care
