Dear doctor.. i'm facing racing heart sweating an dizziness an sacred also ..during this i feel shortness of breath also ...i have anxiety an im always think about my health an this is making my daily life worst an scary ...i don't feel palpitations but yes when i touch my puls it will be racing....i miss my family an parents every day as i stay far from them ..pls tell me what to do
