Rabies vaccine queries please help
Hello Dcotor, please read my query carefully.
While i took rabies vaccine from a government medical on 20th jun 2026. I saw the vial was already used and out of fridge. Kept in a table at normal temperature. A nurse gave me the vaccine from same vial. Asked her how much time the vial was outside she told 3 hours. My query - does this vaccine effective?
Again on 23rd Jun 2026, i had my day 3 dose. I went to a different government medical and took my 2nd dose. There i saw they put preloaded vaccine syringes kept in fridge. How much time they kept i dont know. But it's already preloaded. If they preloaded from a day before will it still effective?
If both queries are at risk what should be my next step? I already vaccinated before. It was my booster. So kindly advise me. Its a request.

Any Vaccines must be required to maintain cold chain. and Rabies is most dangerous zoonotic disease for cold blooded animals and humans. So if this vaccination dose schedule for after dog bite precautions at 0, 3 , 7, 14, 28 days from the dog bite exposure consideration. And Rabid animals and even humans has no any treatment after rabies symptoms start in body (Only Option is Dead). So My request to complete well vaccination with proper cold chain maintenance due to risk of rabies. But if you select the vaccine for prophylactic; may be you consider that vaccine works well.
Next Steps
If after dog bite exposure happened ; focus to re vaccinate well where cold chain maintenance and truthfulness hospital and place. Prophylactic choice may consider that was good vaccine.
