Can rabies spread by birds, it's wings, poop, earthworm. Can it be cured??? How csn a person cured infected by rabies. Kindly provide treatment

Rabies can't be cured. If some doctor claims that he has cured a number of Rabies patients then he doesn't know how to diagnose Rabies. Rabies can't be spread by birds. Please consult me on Practo for information regarding the basics of Rabies.
