Quitting smoking

I have been a smoker for the last 5-6 years. But now I've decided to quit. It's been a week since I quit and going strong. Lately, I've started noticing mild dull discomfort when I take a deep breath, on the top left side of my back. It is not a constant pain, it comes and goes. I was wondering if it was something I should worry about.

Nothing to worry, during withdrawal lots of nonspecific symptoms occur and go,relax stay to the practice and quit smoking, take steam inhalation if it persists and consult if any worsening
