Respected Doctor,
I've used every method that is available to quit smoking, Like Chewing Gums, Strips, Patches but can't be able to keep up with those mentally. Already took counseling for this. I couldn't control myself mentally to avoid this. Requesting you to give any alternate medications or anything else to quit smoking.

Most important thing is to find out comorbid psychiatric disorder in your case.
Detailed assessment and correct diagnosis is important. Tobacco smoking is just on fore front we need to dig in more
