I have a exam gate about 7 months from now.i thought to quit smoking.is it good to quit it now.does it effect my studying if i quit now

Yes just go cold turkey and quit it. It depends how heavy a smoker you are Learn to manage those craving or withdrawal through counseling and therapy All the best
