She should consult obstetrician for an ultrasound. If the pregnancy is less than 7 weeks; termination can be done with pill (3% failure rate). If pregnancy is more than 7 weeks it should be removed surgically (dilatation and evacuation DnE) Cost will depend upon the method of termination.
