Free questions get free answers which a Normal person with logic can do by himself. Professional advice has a price. As doctors a good advice may be free is also part of professional ethics .. no harm in that .. then it’s left to the person choice to seek consultation or not .. it’s a market of professional.. patient choose the best of the best .. nothing to feel bad about it

Hi Good  question This is a  knowledge  sharing  platform. So  I  will be  glad  if  I  would  help someone  who  is in need. But it is  not  always  possible  to  help  all  in  same  way. Because  there  is  no  blanket  treatment  available  for  all  age  with  all  symptoms. So  sometimes need  to  know  more  information  from  patient. We  can not give any  treatment or  any  guidance otherwise. Every  individual  react  to  medicine  in different  way. We  need  to  treat  the  patient  in  individualized  treatment.
