So since April, i am facing OLP after taking covaxin, 2nd jab even aggravated that. My OLP is symptomless, so as per my dermatologist's advice just maintain oral hygiene and of any soreness comes in case contact her. My question was, there's feeling of roughness in mouth which makes the mouth feel dry, the area in the picture which is brownish pigmented, it feels rough as if a dry wound would feel like when licked. So my concern was, 1. This isn't considered as a dysplasia right? 2. How to get rid of that roughness? I am M25, Nonsmoker, non alcoholic, no tobacco as well.
