Question about inflammation

2023-06-29 14:14:45
So 3 weeks back i had pain in natal cleft when i sat for sometime. I read about chordoma and got scared. I ate painkillers it reduced the pain but when i squeeze buttock, in the natal tissues(not coccyx) there is a pain inside like a bruise. So i kept on fingering that area again and again, and the pain and soreness came back. Does deep pressing and irritating the tissues there like that cause in aggravation of bruise or whatever it is? Idk i have OCD and due to this and fear of chordoma I keep on checking it. No matter how much i try to avoid, i end up irritating that area :( And one more question, can pilonidal disease be there without any visible signs on skin?

Please consult with a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. It will be too much on my part to give advice to a patient about a disease which I have not seen. Even the patient has not seen it . On top of it the patient is also a case of OCD. In short there is no role for tele-consultation in this case.
