My brother is having fever and weakness since 2 days..but he is not vomiting?? Is vomiting is mandatory in typhoid or we should test the blood?

its not necessary he has typhoid. it could be a viral or another bacterial infection. u could go to a doctor and do tests for typhoid, dengue
