Hi, my wife is pregnant. During first trimister her TSH level was 9.4, so doctor asked to take Thyronorm 62.5. Now in her second trimister her TSH level comes down to 4.3. Should she continue Thyronorm 62.5 or does she reduce the Thyronorm mcg level. Please suggest.

Yes. She should continue with the treatment. In second trimester it should be 3 . So she needs a little heavy dose.
