Query regarding thyroid disease

Sir I am suffering from thyroid disease since 3 months, and Tsh level is very high near 40 ,& doctor suggested 100 MCG tablet ,now as per latest report, TSH is 0.07 and doctor reduced my medicine to 50 MCG, please advise me can I take 100 MCG tablet in half dose as I have already one new packing of 100mcg tablet. Thanks
