Ok, R u sure about your number ...looks little odd that u hv this high plus number...mostly I have seen mixed numbers or minus number  after RK ..but possible ... Now to answer 1) any good reputed , trustworthy place 2)hardly any chances of blindness 3) success rate same as cataract surgery otherwise 98 - 99% 4) the glass number you are going to have after surgery depends on IOL power calculations .. More chances that you may hv some glass number post surgery too...which is very less in patients who hv not done RK 5)serious complications are very rare...slightly  more  than  routien cataract surgery ... Good surgeon, technique, expertise in calculation , experience of surgeon will yield good results ! All the best!

The chances of increases power can be due to your cornea getting back to normal shape or an increasing power due to pathological myopia.1. choose a hospital depending on your location.  2. Chances of blindness are very low. But make sure to get a proper retinal evaluvation before hand 3. Pretty decent success rate depends on calculations and retinal quality 4. Yes , it is important .
