I was advised to take melzap 0.5 1 tab in the morning and 2 at the night so 3 in total per day. But I generally take all the 3 at a time at the night. Sometimes I take 2, sometimes I take 4, will that cause a problem

Yes....you should always follow instructions as drugs have side effects. Especially Melzap which can cause drowsiness
