Are Himalaya products safe? can I consume multiple Himalaya products like Geriforte & Mentat & Bacopa together? Will.it be safe for all age groups & people with co-morbidity?

No doubt, Himalaya products are safe, but always take in under supervision of the ayurvedic doctor. If your doctor recommended it then without worry continue your treatment. Few doctor can mislead you by saying that these may have metal or like etc, don't attention such doctor as allopathic doctor don't have any knowledge regarding ayurveda. Nowadays ayurveda is spreading worldwide.

Himalaya’s Geriforte contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc. Mentat and bacopa are nootropics. They can be safely consumed between 18-60 years of age. If you have any underlying co-morbidity, then mention about it. They’re just supplements and won’t cure any disease.
