Are full length colonoscopy and colono-ileoscopy one and the same thing? Which procedure between the two requires greater length of colonoscope to be used ?

This is technically one and same thing. In colonoileoscopy, few cms of terminal portion of small intestine (ileum) is also inspected.
Next Steps
please don't hesitate to undertake this procedure if indicated. Now a days it's quite safe. Also its not painfull.
