Hello I regularly suffer from constipation, acidity, heaviness in stomach and bloating. Also sometimes I feel like vomiting. I have to go to toilet nearly 4-5 times in a day and still I face the problem. I suffer from liver disease. I want to know that can I take zandu pancharishta for my problem.
