Query on COVID isolation

Doctor I had tested covid positive on 15/01/2022 I had mild symptoms of throat pain,cold and fever Now my temperature is normal for last 3 days and no throat pain Small variation in my voice as the cold is getting cured and almost ok Iam taking cetrizine table (1 at night) Can I end my home isolation? Will there be spread of disease from me to others? How long will COVID be contagious once infected? Kindly clarify my queries

According to Centre of Disease Control and Prevention People who have moderate COVID-19 illness: Isolate for 10 days.

Once infected it remains contagious maximally upto 5-7 days, after 7 days u can end isolation if symptoms free
