Will the benefits decrease if i soak raisins and dates in warm water instead of normal water(I want to drink the water)?kindly Reply...

Hello! You can soak both of them ,if its your daily routine. The benefits would be more effective. Do try some seeds like flax seeds,pumpkins seens as well,and nuts also. Stay blessed! Thankyou.

No nothing like that.. If u want soak raisin and take there is no harm If u wish to drink that water... There will b no harm

Soaking removes some anti nutrients in almonds ..but for raisins it's not required.

if you want can soak Raisins. But almonds , walnuts,  fig should be soaked but no need to soak dates.
