Hi Dear Good Day Regarding Piclin Syrup.its a same as other Groups of laxatives used to treat constipation associated with diseases..But depends on the dose as well.. Regarding Piclin contains of Sodium picosulphate which prevents the Absorption of water on the intestine.. Cremaffin syrup- it's contains liquid Paraffin.Magnesium Hydroxide and sodium picosulphate. Both are working as laxative..
