I have IBS for 8 years and over active urinary bladder for 4 years. So I saw a homeopathy doctor who prescribed -. 1- Marking Nut 30 , 15 drops thrice in a day for 1 week. 2 - Uranium nitricum 4x , 15 drops with 1/2 cup of water twice daily for 1 months. But problem is taking above medicines stool did not become hard but amount of stool pass compared to previous stool becomes very less and I pass flatulence all the day . Then after taking medicines for 3 days anal fissure occurred . I have 2 query 1- This anal fissure is due to side effect of those medicines ??? 2 - For such a chronic disease 15 drops of Marking Nut 30 thrice  in a day is not excessive dose ??? As far as I know in homeopathy very small dose it is almost 2 -3 drops medicine required.
