I had a ligament tear 5 months back but still I feel hurt if I sit with putting pressure near my ankle and also the muscle feels stiff

It needs to be investigated. Kindly visit a ortho surgeon in a hospital. Elastic anklet will give some relief,  but you need to be investigated further.
