Attaching herewith my fasting glucose test. How serious is it. Is there any requirement of medication or diet control?

Hi, High blood glucose levels for the first need to be evaluated. Whether you have diabetes or not cannot be concluded from a single report. Advised to take in person consultation with an endocrinologist. Teleconsultation will not suffice. Thanks

Yes sugars is definitely diagnostic of diabetes. U need to do after food food sugars and HBA1c as well. So to control sugar u need to start exercise regularly reduce weight. Need to consult dietitian for detailed chart. And start on medicines.
