A. Usually power of glasses does not change at this age. IT IS just like our height which does not increase beyond a certain age
B. If power of glasses is not stable then I would recommend you to wait for lasik till it becomes stable
C. Lasik would be effective but if refraction is not stable then there are high chances of getting glasses back
