Hello Doctors, I am looking for an advice for my daughter's (aged 7) pustule at the right knee area which has redness around it and yellow pus at the center with pain during movements. This might be initiated due to an insect bite few days back. I have attached a picture of the same. We have applied boroline and chandan paste to cool it down. Any suggestions for a speedy recovery?

It looks like a evolving abscess.   Will need antibiotics n may need drainage of pus if doesn't regress ..
