Brother had chicken pox due to which it spread in his penis and hydrocel. He is also a diabetic. Now chicken pox has dried in the body but there is puss in penis and hydrocel. The local doctor said to operate. But want a second opinion as he is also having diabeties and we are worried about his future. He is in sarangarh and is in lot of pain and trauma. Please help.
