Pus not draining even after 6 days medic

There is infection in my left leg toe since 5-6 months so I consulted a doctor last week. It's been 6 days since I am on medication and have been taking Augmentin 625 Duo. The doctor told me to take it twice a day for 5 days and if infection is still there, then to continue it for a maximum of 2 more days. I have taken it for 6 days and now it's 7th day but swelling is still there and though pus did come out in the first two days but after that there is no drainage of pus. Will the swelling go off slowly or should I consult a local doctor and look for a small surgery to remove pus? What should I do? I am also taking two other medicines Levosiz 10 and Itaspor 200 for treatment of Jotch Itch. Note: I am allergic to Ibuprofen
