If there is no fever, If tolerating diet, passing stools, Same treatment can be continued followed by oral medication. Follow up with ultrasound abdomen before removal of drain

Welcome Good afternoon 1. Today is 15th post operative day. 2. Abdominal drain is in situ for the last 4 days. 3. Quantity of Pus is less....???( amount) 4. All vitals are OK. 5. Pain occurs when Inj. Dynapar is not given. Considering all these and if GC is good, ABDOMEN is soft, normal, & not distended, Patient passing Flatus & Motion, Taking ORALLY, and No FEVER , then it's a matter of Days.
