PUS CELLS 0-1 /HPF

I have done my urine test & get this result. Please let me know what should I do. Should I have to consult to doctor.

Hello.... O to 1 Pus cells are normal in urine .. It could be due to mixture of vaginal secretion in urine... Calcium oxalate crystal is present in urine.. It is seen in dehydrated person.. Drink lot of water and avoid meat foods... Nothing to worry .. If symptoms persists you have to meet doctor
