Since the morning, I feel tired, my BP is 60/90, and while resting, my pulse rate ranges between 103 to 115. I have a five-month-old baby. Is pulse rate serious?

If you are measuring the BP with digital BP apparatus, repeat the measurement 2 times one minute apart , sitting upright and your bp cuff at the level of your heart. If it still reads 90/60 and your pulse is more than 100 ,you should be concerned.Visit the nearest hospital to do baseline ECG and blood investigation and consultation with a doctor.
