Hi my family having fevers and I too have headache & nose block , and currently my pulse rate is showing 120 , can I take betacap?

Heart increases in response to Infection, fever, stress,etc. The heart rate rise you have recorded is mostly when you had temperature hike as well. This will come down as your fever and infection settles.
