After recovering from covid my pulse rate remaim above 100. Is it a sign of some health issues or unhealthy heart. What should I do? What has happened to me.

It is commonly seen in post covid patients. No need to worry unless associated with giddiness or difficulty in breathing. Or pulse rate more than 140 persistently.
