29th day of post covid. My pulse is ranginging from 100-115 with no much physical exercise In evening my body temperature is 99 and it slowly reduces Taking equilius 2.5 one tablet a day and zincovit and vitamin tablets. My bp 110/70 Attached ecg please check and suggest

Hi. Your ECG is showing Sinus Tachycardia. Increase in pulse rate is quite common in patients who have recovered from covid. This settles in few weeks. However, if you are facing symptoms like palpitations because of increase in the heart rate, then you may need some medications.
