I am taking this treatment from 5months for Pulmonary TB. Initially I was advised Akurit 4-5 tab daily. After taking 11 days my liver enzymes detoriate.. Than from 12 days onwards..per day Levofloxacin 1000mg Ethambutol 1200mg Rifampicin 600 mg Pyrodoxine10 mg.. Than again after 10 days again lft deteriorated much further.. Than doctor stopped Rifampicin and added clofazimine 100 mg per day.. Than after 1.5 months again restarted Rifampicin by stopping clofazimine.Initially by AFB bacili was negative. Bronchoscopy - MTB detected very Low.Rif- non resistant. Gene xpert rift-negative after 7 days of ATT.. After two months of total treatment Chest CT scan got full clear.CRP less than 3.Now doctor told me to continue another 1 month and stop As I have responded well and all my parameters including scan is good. My question is as i couldn't continue standard regime of ATT.My treatment was done with modified regime and total duration will be 6.5 months..Will be there any chance of relapse?
