Hi..
You strained your last muscle in your workout..we call this as DOMS
Nothing to worry..burning and pain in your muscle is a response of stiffness that is being stretched.
I recommend you to do frequent icing...
Do a light warm up exercise and gently stretch the lats...
If you somebody to help you..you can have it knead gently....
It should get recovered in 3 days..
