Left pelvicalyceal system is moderately dilated with smooth narrowing in the region of pelvi-ureteric junction suggestive of partial PUJ obstruction. No PUJ calculus or mass noted. Right kidney measures approximately 9.2 x 4.5 cms. Left kidney measures approximately 10.2 x 4.8 cms IMPRESSION: NCCT KUB reveals  Moderate left hydronephrosis ? due to partial PUJ obstruction
