PUJ obstructio
My 2 mnths old baby having puj obstruction in rt kidney. MCU shws no reflux and DTPA scan shws 23 percent functioning .
Child need further evaluation based on clinical history, USG and DTPA scan ..But as DTPA is 23... Surgery might be needed to preserve the kidney. Take opinion from pediatric surgeon...Or pediatric urologist
