CD 9 did follicular monitor ing two dominant follicles frm bth side of 18mm and 19mm.bt et is 6.4mm.m also taking primwal e4. Would u advise any thing?

Looks like u get premature rupture of dominant follicles n short cycle You need Gnrh agonists to ripen the follicles and timed the ovulation by triggering Hcg injection U also need endometrial support using progesterone gels
