My little brother has a problem from last 5 years. He has tried suiside once and has written suiside notes for 5 to 6 times. He has runned away from home 7 to 8 times. He writes crazy things in his suicide notes. His Facebook account is filled with sexual chats with the men. He consideres himmself as a transgender or a woman.
